Youth IT Training Project Launches in Hong Kong, with a Mainland–Hong Kong Academic Forum on AI and IT Education
On 18 March the Hong Kong launch of the Youth Information Technology Training Project, together with a Hong Kong–mainland academic forum on AI and information technology education, was held at Hong Kong Science Park.
The event was run jointly by the Hong Kong branch of the Youth Information Technology Training Project and IITS Hong Kong, under the guidance of the Youth Education Branch of the China Electronics Education Society and the Youth Information Technology Training workstation.
Support came from the China Radio and Television Hong Kong Bureau of the National Radio and Television Administration, the China Education Exchange (Hong Kong) Centre, the Soong Ching Ling Foundation Hong Kong, the New Territories School Heads Association, HKBU Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School, and Bauhinia Knowledge magazine.
More than a hundred guests attended — university professors from the mainland and Hong Kong, representatives of the Guangdong Youth Development Foundation and the Guangzhou Youth Federation, and school principals and teachers.
